Craftsman made trestler to the main dimensions of that used at the Ramamani Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India.

The trestler is constructed using layers of laminated pine or oak dependant upon construction which are glued together, giving exceptional strength and stability and eliminating the problems of splitting and warping that can occur when using large pieces of solid wood.

The trestler is available in two versions. The "standard" version as shown in the main photograph or the recently introduced  "classic" version which has solid side walls drilled with 7 holes to allow for multiple position fixing of ropes or yoga belts to assist with poses. See last image for details.

The pine versions of the trestler are finished with a clear hard oil coating which gives a very durable natural light coloured finish and protects the wood. Oak versions are finished with a natural medium oak tinted beeswax polish which enhances the natural beauty of the wood.

The metal crossbar used is polished chrome, giving a very practical and pleasing finish. This crossbar can be used at four different height positions and can be removed during use to allow for a wider range of positions.

We can also supply a second metal crossbar for the trestler if required. Please ask for details.

This is a very strong and heavy duty product that will give many years of usage, either in a studio or at home for private usage. It can be easily dismantled if required for storage or transportation purposes. Requires simple assembly, circa 5 - 10 min. All assembly instructions, fixings and required tools are supplied.
