This specially developed medium backbender is very useful if you are looking for a small prop to assist with the extension and flexibility  of your back bend practice or for relieving back pain.The small backbender is especially useful in relieving amongst others,sciatica pain. Due to the differing degree of bend at each end of the backbender it will assist you to increase your flexibility and degree of arching of the back to suit your individual requirements.

A separate base unit is also supplied with this product which adds an additional 10cm of height to the backbender. This product is available in pine or oak construction

This product has been designed to be used with or without the base in conjunction with our range of Halasana stools allowing for greater height flexibility.

Finished with a clear hard oil coating which gives a very durable natural light coloured finish and protects the wood.
