The Simhasana or Heartbench as it is also known is designed to give support to abdominal area, apply soothing pressure to kidneys and extend the spine.  It opens the chest area creating extra space for the heart and lungs to operate. It can be used either sitting or lying. Especially useful for women during pregnancy or who are menstruating as it offers resorative support for yoga.

We have now added a large size version of this product which is recommended for users who are 180cm or more tall.
